Terms and PoliciesCustomer Service At Bark Stop Ultra.com customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Every product comes with a 1 year warranty. If a problem arises in the function of any Viatek product you can contact Viatek directly by calling 407-248-0123 or email them at cs@viatekproducts.com. Return and Refund Policy If the product arrives damaged or defective, please send an email to support@barkstopultra.com, within 10 days of its arrival. We will exchange or refund your order as you desire. Upto 30 days after the order date products can be returned or exchanged with a restocking fee (see below). When Returning Merchandise Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original receipt. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Please also make sure that you include your proof of purchase (original receipt) and a letter stating the issue, or what resolution you expect to acheive. Restocking Fees A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to items that are returned after the 10 days. The restocking fee is a percentage of the total purchase price of an item. Shipping Items Back Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation. Item needs to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for refund.
Terms We offer a secure shopping experience and offer a varity of payment options, accepting Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Iowa customers are required to pay a 7% Sales Tax. Please contact us if you have any special needs. Shipping Policy Orders are shipped out within 2 business days of order date. We can use FedEx, UPS or USPS for shipping. The base rate is $8.49 (UPS $9.49) plus $1.00 per item shipped. We ship to United States of America and Canada. For shipments outside of the USA there is an addtional charge of $6.50 per order. PO Box addresses are only allowed if USPS is used as a shipper. |
